RETURN POLICY
At Stripe Show we want you to feel the same way about our brand as we do: 100% satisfied. If a situation has occurred or a question arises in which you need to get ahold of us, please contact us a lifestyle@stripeshow.biz.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with quality of the products you purchased, we will replace or refund full purchase order immediately. If you must make a return, we ask that it is unworn, unwashed and unused. The product must have been purchased at www.stripeshow.biz , and we accept returns only within 30 days of the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To make a return, email us at stripeshowlifestyle@gmail.com and let us know the date of your purchase, the product you are returning, and the reason(s) for the return. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Products returned within the 30 days of purchase and that meet the guidelines will be credited back at the purchased price. We don't refund original shipping charges.
DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE GOODS
Stripe Show stands behind the quality of our products, and we truly want to provide you with the best possible service in what would be considered a less-than-ideal situation in which your gear is damaged or defective. One cause for this might be the unfortunate mistreatment of your package by a delivery person who may not feel the same way about your package as we do. So if you receive Stripe Show product damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it within 30 days of the date of purchase. If you receive damaged or defective goods from Stripe Show please contact us immediately at stripeshowlifestyle@gmail.com
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be refunded.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
